however the fact the same bill would make it easier for e.g. the NRA and blockchains and shit like that to get money from banks makes me loathe and despise said bill on sight, and it might be beneficial they’ve gone and pissed off everyone who wants to buy porn online at the same time,

because fighting it is getting traction even from reddit bro types who normally would never think about blockading conservative interests from banks, but well, loli games are on the line, so everyone cares, even those who normally wouldn’t like i’m against the bill because i don’t want, like, private prisons to have unfettered access to bank services,

but if everyone being up in arms because they might not be able to purchase noncon porn of teenagers or the creepiest game known to humankind is what it takes to get people to slam visa & mastercard’s phone lines protesting the bill,

then who am i to quibble what their motivation is? we need to start wrapping all conservative policies in “porn will be harder to buy”
