For future binders/boxes, try something like, after I’ve diagrammed the binder/box in a notebook, apply temporary labels (1pg-Na, 1pg-Nb, 1pg-Pa / 1PGa, 1PGb, etc.) in notebook and Notion so that each image can be tracked through Unscanned - Scanned - Edited - Exported - Uploaded - (Retake) - (Missing). So the second negative in the third page of a binder would be e.g. 3Pg-N2. Boxes will need to be broken down into subcategories, for example a large box with four smaller boxes will need to be arbitrarily labeled. So say there’s a third box inside a larger one, and the stack of images is counted from the top, the 15th print in the 3rd box would be 3Bo-P15. Labels will reset each binder/box (as they are heavily location-based, they cannot be used going forward.)
