And that while you do get left-aligned dingbats that are pro-gun, I know a lot of people not shedding tears over Kirk are the same people who vote for tighter gun restrictions and regulations already. I know I’ll continue to do that—like, for example, if I was given the choice between Trump being assassinated tomorrow, and all guns just being. wiped out of existence, at least in the US, I’d pick getting rid of the guns over getting rid of Trump, and I can’t WAIT for that man to die. But since we’re stuck in this era of violence and extrajudicial killing and it doesn’t look like we’re getting off this ride anytime soon, well—at least this time it was a guy who loved guns and hated empathy. But yeah idk, it’s not like we get to remove ourselves from how fucked up and violent everything currently is by not being happy Kirk’s dead. Like we’re already at that point regardless.
