all negs will be offsite or in quarantine other than GPN

email chain — folder in the shared drive stuff for supplies we’ve already gone over so jon knows what we’re ordering

soft pencil on the back of the cardstock to write notes—print eventually get an accession number but it needs to be numbered to keep the cardstock together

start with binders And print boxes

3 ring binders to get stuff out for people to identify them (put them out into communities)

presentation binder

go back over order for number of items (like binders)

bag & tag anything acidic for information

interleave paper that’s acidic

image permanence institute to bless that the sleeves are okay ferrotyping (stick to the surface of the print)

similar to delta state boxes for negatives Not In Sleeves

redundancy in databases

cardstock folders for print files inside acid free bankers boxed subject is written on the top of the tab OR inside a 3 ring binder not filled to capacity finding aid on the inside of the box / binder — count the items

keeping BB for any negs heading to U of M

drop front boxes of the appropriate size for prints

about 10+ prints to each box (sleeve with mylar), print to have backing like archival cardstock

only like stacks of 2 archival boxes on shelves to make it easier to get to

box up paraphernalia like they’re dec arts

backing of / buffered materials (interleaving) for letterheads and cards and other paper products — get inside an acid free envelope (backing/stuff behind it buffered tissue or cardstock)

get schedule together with education for using classroom
